We can build molds size up to 800T. Monthly capacity up to 16molds. Fast turn around for special case, we can build molds within 18days.

Measurement Inspection
Our lab is well equipped for tooling and production, R&D production developments. We follow ISO lab control procedures management.
Measurement devices such as 1 set of CMM machine , 3 sets of VMM machines.
All devices have third party validation based on usage to keep the precision.
Assembly workshop
Three assembly lines.
One line is for support startup projects, innovation products with flexibility.
Two lines are for Mass production for regular products.
